The Women’s Empowerment Conference is a conference like I have never experienced before. The quality and richness of the content is unprecedented. I have attended conferences for professional growth, spiritual growth and personal growth on several occasions, but none provided the level and perfect balance of all three. None provided for such a perfect combination of networking, personal & professional challenges and growth. I left with an action plan for all areas in my life. I left knowing that the time I spent was a worthwhile investment not just for my future but also for those that I would impact throughout the next year. I have begun inviting others – young and old to next year’s conference and I can not wait to witness the next level of next year’s Women’s Empowerment Conference. Thank you Shantera.

Jimenez Bailey is a professional speaker and corporate trainer. He has always had a passion for people, speaking, and training. His career began in a unique and seemingly unrelated way, yet it brought him closer to his interests at each successive step.

First, Jimenez served in the U.S. Army. After that, he joined American Airlines as an aircraft mechanic. Three years later, he advanced to the level of supervisor for this global airline. Eventually, he became the Regional Manager of Aircraft Maintenance of Southern California. After spending 14 years with American, he joined a small aviation company in Northern California, as Director of Aircraft Maintenance. Amazingly, this was just the beginning of his transformation!

Jimenez soon wanted to learn more about customer service and servant leadership. His next steps were to join the management teams of The Men’s Wearhouse, Starbucks Coffee Company, and gain a degree in Speech Communications.

Jimenez believes that providing extraordinary customer service is more than just a business practice, it creates the human connection that is woven into every aspect of our daily lives! Seeking an outlet for communicating his ideas and enthusiasm about the societal and business value of creating an environment where extraordinary customer service is the natural state of being for employees, Jimenez founded JBI Seminar Group in the year 2000.

Toni Harris is a passionate, dynamic and energetic speaker who “wows” audiences across the country, melding best practices with real world solutions. Toni is no stranger to risk, change and adversity. At 23 years old Toni took her first career risk, leaving her job in the oil and gas industry to become a business owner. In 2000, she took another leap of faith, relocating to Florida to become a financial advisor in the middle of what turned out to be the worst stock market America had ever experienced. Utilizing techniques and strategies outlined in her programs, Toni was able to re-evaluate, recover and move forward to become a well-respected, top performer in her industry.

In 1998, Toni and her husband’s combined weight loss of over 150 pounds were featured in Ebony magazine. Her life was great! But a short two years later, life came crashing down as she regained all the weight and more! After numerous attempts to re-lose the weight, Toni took a drastic step and had gastric bypass surgery in 2004.

Utilizing personal and professional experience, Toni has developed programs that help others make marked improvements in their lives. Because of her phenomenal success and ability to teach others, Toni is continually invited to teach and inspire other professionals.
